With 25 plus years of construction experience......that began as a general contractor on the Oregon coast building custom homes. I have successfully managed the construction of everything from award-winning country club clubhouses and their associated buildings to the residences within their communities. In this time I've accumulated a vast amount of exposure to all facets of building and the construction industry.
In addition to the practical experience as a licensed home inspector - I've completed all required Oregon state approved training and completed the inspection certification program with Inspector Certification Associates (certification #13951) based on the ASHI Standards of Practice. I have also passed the National Home Inspector Examination®. After living and working in the state of California my wife and I are glad to be home and fortunate enough to live on the McKenzie River in the beautiful state of Oregon. |
